I booked this company for my wedding day and John was very sweet when I first booked. He called closer to my wedding to change the time - to make it earlier in case of traffic downtown Toronto (which I had already taken into consideration with the initial confirmed time) but I agreed to make it earlier to please him and of course, getting there earlier wouldn't hurt. That day he arrives at my house earlier than expected and then he is rushing us to leave the house. We asked for 5 minutes but he said he couldn't wait (and I even reminded him that we were ahead of schedule!). He didn't care. The photographer took photos of us getting into the limo and they followed us downtown. As the limo arrived at our venue he was again, rushing us out! I asked him if he could wait 3 minutes until the photographer arrived (I had called them and they said their GPS said they were 3 minutes away!). John would not wait. He was so rude and he got me so upset...ON MY WEDDING DAY! I think he had another pick-up shortly after us, and I guess that is why he wanted to change the time and get us downtown earlier. Silly me, I gave him the money (AND TIP!) as soon as we got into the limo so I wouldn't forget - BIG mistake! My whole wedding party and the venue's wedding coordinator was in total SHOCK with this horrible service. The photographer's got pictures of the limo as John was speeding off. He wasn't even dressed up nicely...for a WEDDING...old shirt and trousers. Not like the old days I guess....suit and possibly tie?? Please DO not use this company - very unprofessional and almost ruined a bride's wedding day.
