I went to the visionworks at North Star mall and was ignored I spent quite a bit of time even selected frames that Iwanted. They didn't even acknowledge me so I left. I came to visionworks at the quarry and it was a big difference i was acknowledged as I walked in the store. Then I got great customer service. Glad I came the Quarry Village Visionworks. I almost went to another company.

The two men that helped me were very caring and helpful. They helped me choose some lovely frames, and walked me through the purchasing process. Overall, it was a great visit. I have used Visionworks for years because they have quality products and great service.

Melissa was extremely helpful!. Not only was she helping me out, I felt like she was reading every single customer who walked in. Definitely adds to the environment of this business! This young lady deserves a raise or to be manager
