I love this place!!!! Mathew is very friendly and patient when I’m not sure what to order lol. The restaurant is always clean!!! It’s the best Starbucks I’ve been to :)

For some reason their white chocolate mocha is better than all the others in the area. I drive some distance to buy it here rather than the one that's closer to me. Everyone is always so kind and I often pay for the person behind me just to keep that trend going.

I preordered a drink for my fiancé, who is currently working out of town. He arrived about 4 minutes before the pickup time, and instead of simply letting him know the drink and food wasn't quite ready yet, he was berated for being early. To make matters worse, when he received his drink, someone had drawn an angry face on the cup.

I was honestly surprised by this. Starbucks has built a reputation around creating a welcoming environment, often writing uplifting messages or friendly notes on cups. An angry face felt unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering there was no line behind him and the store wasn't busy.

Everyone has off days, but customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience left a very disappointing impression.

I have been drinking hot Chai Tea Latte at various Starbucks with great personal Service across the US for close to 20 years. I never ordered anything else there, and only about once per month...maybe. They have always been great with consistent taste for years...until today!!
Not enjoyable...not the same.
The staff indicated that they recently changed the chai tea brand to 'something' with less sugar. As a type II diabetic, I understand this change...but not at the expense of flavor. I have few Starbucks visits due to the sugar, but I will not be back until I hear that they have duplicated the same flavor, hopefully sometime soon.
But, I don't hold out much hope in the near future. I have had my last visit to any Starbucks as of today, unless I receive a Corporate apology for screwing up my favorite drink, and they fix it.
Oh well...I will have to buy the Tazo brand they formerly used and make it at home...even less expensive. 🥺

After multiple occasions I’ve seen unsanitary conditions as far as the floor matts being washed in the dish washer and defensive rude behavior from the manager on duty at the time. I believe his name was Willy and he lacked zero accountability or customer service when approached on the matter. Very unprofessional
