Booked Vbl Limousine for a birthday few weeks back. Service with Michell was amazing she was friendly and very helpful. Car was filled with balloons and Champange. Drive was fantatic. I will definetly tell everyone i know to book with them. Thank you Michelle you made our night very special.

we paid above average price for a limo service that never came. the phone service provided is now out of service they have charged our card and ruined the entire night

Literally just got tailgated on the QEW by one of Symphony's party buses. Guy was going 140-160kmh easy. Of course weaving in and out like a madman, no signal, crossing the solid lines, cutting folks off. I'd definitely not hire a company that gets these kind of people.

Jennifer was helpful and reliable! Got what I paid for, good price and great service! Driver was very nice! One thing that was disappointing was the sound system in the bus... The AUX did not work very well and the sound was crackly... Other than that it was great. Jennifer was very flexible with scheduling! Last min while we were out, I called her to see if we could get picked up at a earlier time and she made that happen! I was very impressed with her customer service skills and how she presented herself in situations! Thank you symphony limo for making our prom a success!

I would give them 0 stars if I could...

We just recently used Symphony Limousine for our wedding day. The limo was prompt and the shuttle bus was on time but when it came to the end of the night ... we were left sitting there with no ride back to our hotel. With repeated calls to the dispatch we were told "I'll see if I can get a hold of the driver" and hung up on. Our wedding ended at 12:30 and by 1:45am when the driver still hadn't shown up one of the Catering staff at our venue took pity on us and drove us to our hotel at 2am.

Have used Symphony many times. Jennifer is lovely and the drivers are very polite and professional. Vehicle's are always clean and we'll kept. Prices are reasonable and we'll worth the money.

The booking was quick and easy. The driver was friendly however our limo was old, dirty and smelled of vomit and urine. Not an enjoyable ride to the Toronto airport!
