I recently purchased a new Holland 209R cutter. Mr. Al Clapp personally, delivered my new hay mower and showed me how to connect it and utilize it safely and effectively. I found that his team is very accessible and if you visit their store in Siler City, they can take you out on their lot and show you equipment and explain it in detail and satisfy your questions regarding a potential purchase. I was very satisfied with my customer experience.

Dalton from Clapp tractor went out of his way to help get the implements I purchased and loaded for me.fully explained how to work everything just as he did with the Mahindra Tractor I purchased. Fully happy with all the new equipment. My wife purchased a New Bad Boy Bandit UTV from them, and she is happy as a Pig in Mud.
Thanks to everyone at Clapp Tractor.

Excellent experience! Dalton responded quickly to my online questions. The great service continued when I went in to look at the mowers. They answered all my questions and I ultimately chose the Bad Boy Maverick. The delivery was flawless and the mower and the guys at Clapp Tractor are awesome!

Bad Boy of any model especially 4035H looks good and at first you will love it. it is made of sub-par material and for the most part NOT American made. It will be your worst nightmare!!! And be careful on the warranties or should I say lack thereof!! And be careful of Clapp Tractor standing behind it, they have thrown me to the trash!! I was told once after my tractor sat at their shop for basically a couple months that they have to keep the farmers up and running which tells me the private owners or small user was automatically last in line! AND be careful on your repairs Clapp charged me for nearly $1600 of UNAPPROVED repairs! find another dealer!!! And find another brand !For the record not even worth one star. No follow up, many emails never responded to. Sad for a business that carries a family name.
