He always considered moving back home and The Iowa Clinic gave him an excellent opportunity to return to the Midwest with his wife Mandi, two daughters Juliette and Kenna and dog Wendy. Dr. Kremer chose Gynecologic Oncology because it allows for a mix of surgery, medical management with chemotherapy, as well as continuity of care with patients over many years. He finds each of these things fulfilling and his specialty aligns well with his interests.
