So I did a pick up order and I usually check my food but the day when I didn’t
THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CRAZY BREAD, WHAT IS THIS ? this looked VERY rushed DISAPPOINTING

This is what you call a "webberoni"?? Not only that the taste wasn't that good. I had to make a comparison to a picture I took of it and a Google image and its not just the pizza, my crazy puffs and crazy bread didn't even live up to expectations. The puffs are a little burnt and the bread is shaped so weirdly. Not only that the food is very dry and old, looks like its been out for a while based on the taste because its not even fresh let alone hot. Its just dry food and im very disappointed.

I went to order a Pizza. Did not understand how to order. It was not explained, staff got an attitude because she spoke Spanish and I could have gotten a hot and ready now if she explained it. But she got an attitude so I would like to let her know the Pizza was good.But just please explain the prices and how to order the food.Thank

Worst little ceasers ive been to. Never have anything ready. Many wait times are over 15 minutes. At that point go to another pizza place. They are busy everyday but dont make anything hot n ready. Just make more. It seems they want to push their order online for convenience of not needing to wait then you get your food by scanning qr code into load compartment. I wont ever support anything that removes the human interaction at checkout completely. Little ceasers is meant to be grab n go. Not order ahead. This is what they were built on. This location doesnt offer that. At all.

I'm a little disappointed tonight. My daughter ordered an extra most bestest pizza tonight expecting to have her extra pepperoni that she paid for. Got to the car and the only reason I didn't take it back in was because my kids already took their slices. I took a Picture and went back in the store to speak to the young man that served us. I explained to him I understand that we're only paying $6 but its the principle. I asked him if this pizza that he gave us looks like what they advertised and his response is that the extra pepperoni is layered under the cheese. Ive never known for them to layer pepperoni then a layer of cheese then another layer of pepperoni so thats three layers, isnt it just extra pepperoni added all over the top layer? I didn't appreciate him basically calling me a fool because technically thats what he's saying and then he walks off to the back without saying anything and I asked another customer to look at the picture to see if this looks like an extra most bestest and the customer confirms that it doesn't. So here I am writing my review, I approached him nicely and spoke to him kindly to see what could be done but since he had me waiting for a bit before coming back to the front I'm leaving my review. I'm big on customer service as I have many years in Managing restaurants. Since we moved to this area 6mths ago this has been our lil ceasars but I will no longer be ordering here anymore as the value for the money and service is not worth it.
