We ordered 2 pizzas n 2 breads tickets took 20min to get not bad normal time for pizza but gut that was already there literally ordered 30 pizzas so we got ours went home opened them pizza was raw not done bread sticks had none of that seasoning they put on it I tried to call right then to complain but they have Ai answer and I couldn't get through to store so I ended up cooking it in the oven

It’s was my third time coming to little Ceaser’s last Sunday and when I say the drive through service is great I mean it, the handsome young man that took my order is very polite and respectful. My daughter really liked his dreads or twist all in his face 10/10. Pizza came out hot and fresh, order was 100% accurate, and he had a warm, genuine smile the whole time. It’s rare to get that kind of friendly service at a drive-thru. Made my night honestly.

Never Hot Never Ready

That should be their new slogan. Supposed to be fast food pizza, not when you’re waiting 20 minutes after you already placed the order on the app and drove to the store. Give your money to local pizza shops, it’ll be faster and you’ll save more time which is more valuable than money.

I’m not sure I expect high quality but this is missing most of its cheese, under sized, dry, and has no time date sticker on it for when it was made. It was awful, the one part I ate tasted like a stale breadstick…

Edit: Thought I was a bit harsh on my first review and tried them again, the second photo is the pizza and sticks I got, if these bread sticks were any thinner they would vanish. I’ve had these at other locations and yes they are normally rather thin but this one I can legitimately see light through.

Two times now, two awful experiences. I would avoid this place

I’m just a sucker for bad service I guess, but I love Little Caesar’s and returned yet again ordered a pizza and a cheese bread, 10-15 minute wait on my cheese bread, no problem. Ask for the pizza to eat well I wait and I’m told “we don’t do that we bring it all out at once” quite rudely actually like I was asking for something crazy, Seriously?
So I’ve got to wait for an item I paid for and can see in the warmer tell my cheese bread is done I haven’t eaten today and am hungry now, I bought the dang thing give it to me. If it wasn’t ready sure I’ve got no problem waiting but you literally just told me I’m waiting on a cheese bread not a pizza. Ended up being a 20 minute wait, they are busy I get it, but this is why I wanted the pizza for the wait.
Food was actually good this time, but there’s still no time/date stickers on anything.

This is my last time, I’ve tried so hard to love this location. I’ve emailed corporate with no responses, the people who work here couldn’t care less, no response to any of my reviews or comments, nothing it’s just a bad location with poor staff unfortunately.

I’m just dumb and keep trying to get things here, I love the food when it’s right… this time I got the wrong item that was over cooked anyway, and watched the guy put it back after I bought it back in from the drive through, that’s just nasty. Adding yet another photo because it’s so bad I don’t think anyone would believe me. I paid and left empty handed this time…

Ordered an Italian cheese bread again with two sauce cups, ordered at 5:25, got no receipt (why was it $14 also!?!?) and waited 23 minutes for my 10 minutes wait, watched the entire parking lot empty while I was still waiting, called to see if I was forgotten and only got "I ordered an Italian cheese bread" and was told "hold on" and the phone hung up... Once again leaving empty handed.

I hate how much I like their food, I actually wish I didn't like it at this point 😭
