The team at this store was so welcoming to the extra people that were in town (It was Special Olympics Missouri State Summer Games). They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my order.

Last week, I tried to order from inside the store, the guy working couldn’t get the register to work so I left that day. Tonight I try ordering through the app for delivery. I didn’t get all the sauces that I ordered. I realize they are cheap but if I had went in to pick up my order, it wouldn’t have been near what I paid for delivery, but due to a current medical issue, I am not going out and had no choice but do delivery. When I called to have them removed from my total, the guy I talked to said he had no idea how to do that. I definitely won’t be going back again.

Bought a hot and ready pizza from the warmer at 11:30 am, the pizza was most certainly from the night before. Much less than tasty. Pretty disappointing.

So let me tell you a story about an amazing man that has great customer service and who was so encouraging! Friday we went to Little Caesars. Tony waited on us! He is the manger! He was joking around with us and talking up a storm! He came over and told Shelley he liked her personality and told me he liked my smile! He came over like he was going to sit on my knee like Santa! Lol He said let me tell you what I want for Christmas! He said he wanted us to keep smiling! That was sweet! He kept talking to us! I told him he had great customer service and he brought out the girl that was working with him and started talking to her about customer service. I asked him if I could tell him something and he said sure! I said for the last couple of days I had been thinking of my husband that passed away in May and that he, Tony, had made me smile and I appreciated it! He said I have to give you a hug so he came around and hugged. The girl he was working with came over and gave me a hug. He was encouraging and generous! He gave me a cookie dough brownie and told me when all the present were over eat them with your husband under the tree! So of course we had them on Christmas Day to remember Chris! We just loved his personality! When I got home I asked Izzy to create a picture for him! Of course she worked she did! We took it to him today and he loved it! He loved Izzy! If you need pizza I would highly recommend Little Caesars in Kirksville MO!
