I'll change this when the app gets changed back or that something usable. The latest update has made it where I can't quick view my accounts and I have to put in a code every time I want to login and it takes me to a third party website off the app

Dear Arvest Bank,

Today we were able to have our faith in the banking system restored with the help from Van, Caitlyn, and Macy. With a brief phone call to Amanda at the call center, we were reassured there would be easy and same day service to set up an account. That may seem like a simple and rather mundane reason to promote your bank and these employees, but please hear more. Myself and my sister traveled from several states away to help our Auntie get her social security payments sorted and reconnected to her bank (not Avest). Before meeting y'all, we had spent several hours on the phone and online SS system with several hiccups that left us wondering how any person is expected to navigate this necessary service on their own, and with little IT support. My sole reason for calling Amanda, was to ask if Arvent was prepared to help clients connect their accounts with the Social Security portal. She assured me yes, there were people and they were happy to offer support.

We arrived at the bank 45 minutes before closing with no appointment, and were helped immediately by Caitlyn. She was warm, attentive, and able to secure us an office. Van then took over and was very patient with our trio. See, we have a fairly wicked sense of humor, and I don't know if he was ready to perform professional services to three spicy ladies that use teasing as a form of appreciation.

The account was opened, and Van was personable and shared stories right along with us that helped to reassure my aunt that this would be a location that would indeed value the relationship along with the funds that would be coming into this business.

I hope Arvest continues to see people as people, along with offer support services that will allow our aging family members to have dignity when asking for help.

The branch manager, Macy, is doing a fantastic job of creating a space that allows for the bankers to meet client's needs with a bit of humor alongside their professionalism.

Macy goes above and beyond to ensure her clients feel valued, informed, and well cared for. She takes the time to explain products, services, and options in a clear, professional, and courteous manner, making every interaction comfortable and productive.

I absolutely have to leave a review. This is the best branch in Springfield. Have been banking since Miss Marsha worked national location. Since then Harry and the team here at sunshine branch has always been happy to help, smiling, courteous and just kind. No judgment no controlling/attitudes/ negativity/ NO pressure. The service is the best to receive here. Great experiences every time from finally getting our daughter’s paperwork completed notarized to mistakes assisted with or even Angel helping open the doors miss that girl. 🙂 I have had no issues at the live drive thru machines. thank you everyone for being good people and helping us out. Have 2 business accounts, 2 savings accounts, and a personal account. I visit the bank frequently for deposits/withdrawals, a good attitude from the employees make annoying bank runs a little less annoying. I’ve got a bad attitude the last 10/10 times I visited this branch. I am currently sitting in the managers office while I close my account.
