Dr. Gutman then worked as an Attending in Developmental and BehavioralPediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center (CCMC) for 22 years. Dr. Gutmanhelped establish the fellowship training program in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at CCMC and participated in the training of numerous fellows in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. She was the MedicalDirector of the Reach Out and Read program in the neonatal follow-up clinic and the Gun Safety Champion of the Division. While at CCMC, Dr. Gutman developed and led a quality improvement project of suicide screening in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. Additionally, Dr. Gutman designed and implemented a research study examining patterns of diagnosis disclosure to youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders which was published in 2020 in the Journal of Developmental& Behavioral Pediatrics.
