It’s a key making machine. Not a true locksmith. Very misleading.

11 dollars for the privilege of making my own key. Price gouging

I have tried these machines twice. The first key I had to file 1/8” off to make it work. The second works but is not a precise cut. The key machines in Home Depots (Key Hero I think) make much more precise copies for about half the price. But in a pinch if you’re closer to HEB than Home Depot, and have tools like a file in your truck, plus an extra $5 per key…. Maybe just drive the extra mile to Home Depot. Best of all is to have a human cut the key for you.

I have used your key kiosk at HEB where I shop at least 4 times in the past few months. I have not had any problems with my keys not working. It's a little pricy but worth the convenience. Will continue using it. Thank you.

Well everything has something good and bad about it if you don't want to judge. I think the key was pretty and fits my door lock perfectly.
