It took them 30 minutes past the scheduled pick up time to have the pizza ready. While we were waiting another customer told us its always like that here. I ordered the pizza crust on 2 pizzas and neither had any visible salt on them. I'm not sure app was working either. Directions led me to a different place and there's different number addresses listed between the app and Google. Also it started with a scratch off to get $5 off next order and even though my order was over the $20 required it was still saying i needed to buy more to reach goal. I didn't get$5 off and it doesn't look like i have $5 off pending.

This is absolutely disgusting. I know the pizza itself is cardboard and whatever, but putting a cheese filled pizza in an old box that was smeared with tomato sauce (note that this pizza does not have marinara) and it’s dried up like used an old box.

This is absolutely appalling.

I just placed an order for 50 pizzas to feed the homeless and I purchased 2 additional pizzas for my family the order was almost $370. When the order was ready I took the pizzas to my car, I noticed none of the boxes marked so I asked the cashier which were the specialty pizzas and she said “I don’t know I didn’t make them”. Why wouldn’t they think to mark the only 2 different pizzas in the bunch. Not only was the box not marked they were short a pizza!!! I have to wait an additional 10minutes… It’s the little things… DO BETTER! Mind you I’ve looked through a few pizzas and can’t figure out which one’s the most bestist. I just should’ve paid for regular pizzas

I came here last night. Waited for an order for pick up. That told me it was ready on the app. I waited almost 50 minutes After I was told to wait about 20 minutes, finally they told me they cannot make one of my thin crust pepperoni pizzas. They had homeless people in and out of the store, grabbing sodas and they were giving away slices of pizza to homeless and I’m standing there waiting for my food that I paid for for almost 50 minutes. The manager didn’t even realize that she had pizzas left out for hours That she couldn’t even sell anymore.

I dont even know how to explain the soggy dough lopsided ingredients on half the pizza while the other half us hardly anything hut sauce. What's going on little caesers? Not customer care.
