Unfortunately, we have been served by the same Asian male employee several different times at this AMA location. I don’t remember his name, so I’m mentioning this only to help identify the employee.

Every time we have dealt with him, there have been mistakes. He does not seem to listen carefully or properly read the information and documents provided to him. The most recent experience was particularly unacceptable. He told me that my request had been completed and everything was done. After waiting for over a month, I contacted AHS myself, only to find out that they had NEVER received the request at all.

If I hadn’t been diligent enough to follow up and verify things myself, I honestly don’t know what would have happened with our documents. When someone is handling important government-related paperwork, customers should be able to trust that a request they are told was submitted was actually submitted.

This is especially frustrating because this has not been a one-time mistake. We have dealt with this same employee on multiple occasions and encountered errors more than once.

The already long lines at this location are frustrating enough, but having to double-check the work afterward because you cannot trust that your documents or requests were processed correctly makes the experience significantly worse. AMA seriously needs to address the training, accuracy, and accountability of employees handling important documentation.

Despite the parking lot being overly crowded and the lines a bit long, this branch is worth the minor inconvenience. We were greeted by Siraj with a warm smile and welcome as we entered the branch. Our son completed a successful road test and we purchased a membership and utilized the registry services. Siraj assisted us with the new membership and was utterly fantastic. He congratulated our son and provided him with detail information regarding the membership. Moreover, he proactively signed him in to registries to reduce our wait time. He was kind and knowledgeable and checked in with us repeatedly during our visit. We were also lucky to have met Colton at registries. He was absolutely outstanding and thorough. We applied for a new license and Colton took the initiative to check our address on the various platforms and updated our health care accounts. All the staff seemed friendly and treated everyone like family. It was a unique experience and the above staff should be acknowledged for going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Worst treatment from front counter lady and staff too, will make uneasy faces and tone only because they have to do their job…same lady would tell you they cannot take more customers 2 hours before closing and will then go on to take another customer with her to an advisor’s office to ask to take them in (thats about 45 min before closing). You can go in 3 hours early or even 2, it stays the same!, will not be renewing membership with them since the staff is committed to getting rid of customers and clearly some customers just come in to sit for 45-50 min only to have social chit chat with advisors !

I have been to this location twice first time was a year ago to do my partners license and health card which the gentleman that help us was amazing since my first experience was at the Sunridge location last July was awful so he definitely made up for that. Yesterday I was there for an appointment to do my vehicle insurance and my original person was sick so I dealt with Kiel and he was amazing as well! Super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns as well as providing advice on any changes that might help. During my conversation with Kiel I found he came from the Sunridge location which if I could say anything the staff there could learn a few things from him.

When 95% of the customers are in one line (driving & registry services), you'd think staff in other departments would help out. This is the case at other AMA locations but not here. All the other staff were pretending to be busy with not a customer around while the customers actually here are stuck in a 30+ minute line.

AMA Crowfoot staff needs to pull up their socks.
