Kalinda was on point today!! Came in to this Hollywood Red Lobster hoping I had a better experience from the Plantation Red Lobster. I was very happy, food was great and plentiful.

I was super excited to try the Red Lobster crab leg boil. They put out some amazing marketing around it but if this is how they are supposed to look and taste like, I’m going to have to pass. Kinda sad to see an establishment I grew up eating lose its reputation for quality meals.

The customer service was okay, we came in an a little before an hour before closing so I didn’t expect much. But what really disappointed me was the sauce of the crab legs and the potatoes. They were extremely overcooked or reheated and the sauce was bitter and tasted nothing like a crab boil.

The waitress asked me how the food was and before I could respond she said, “ well you finished it so I’m sure it was good”.

If you want honest feedback, give customers the chance to respond. I did eat the crab legs but the sauce was disgusting, I could not finish the potatoes due to the sauce and how hard they were. I couldn’t even dip my crab legs in the sauce and everyone knows the sauce is supposed to be the best part of the meal.

Noemy was out server this evening special birthday dinner spent here at this location. Very quiet place, low foot traffic, but very nice. The staff hand wrote a happy birthday card message for me!! Very sweet of them!! 🩷😆 Food and drinks were great !! Overall 5/5👌🏻

I Went to RL for my Best Friend’s Birthday.. The server Kelina was so nice and attentive to our needs and the food was brought to us quickly. Yes! The food was so good and fresh and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. My Bestie & I was very happy & satisfied. Red Lobster you still got it..! 😊❤️

It's my first time trying and I got the fish and chips. The food was good and the service from Brittany was brilliant! She's very kind, sweet and very pretty! Will come again
