The food was good. The lack of people made me question what was wrong. The Lobster tail did not have much meat. The Purple Haze cocktail is still my favorite drink there.

We had a great time on our visit Monday. Kam was our server, and he was so good. He was attentive, friendly, and had a diligent, professional demeanor that made our experience great!

We were a bit, well, hungry 😄 when we arrived and ordered the Endless Shrimp, and Kam just took it in stride, delivering plate after plate of shrimp.

This was the BEST restaurant experience my friends and I have had in a long time. Thank you to Kam and to the managers who were on duty for also being friendly and inviting.

People make the difference between an average meal and a great meal, and this Red Lobster team knocked it out of the park on this visit!

Monica is hands down one of the BEST managers I’ve ever experienced at Red Lobster. The way she carries herself, helps customers, and keeps everything running smoothly is truly amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in her work. She made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of the entire time. Her energy alone makes people want to come back! We had Madison as our server. She was super friendly and nice. Loved her vibe, she was fast with the refills and kept checking up on us. The food was amazing, especially the bacon Mac and cheese. This was my first time in a red lobster since the change and Madison made it one to remember. Will definitely come back thanks to her. Food was so good we barely had any leftovers
