This place was the worst I’ve ever been to. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The waitress was rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes at us and threw the basket of biscuits on our table. We had to ask for utensils three times. She was cursing and was rude to other customers. It was so bad that we didn’t even want to eat or stayed there long. We hated our time spent there. I hope no one else experiences this with this waitress. The experience was simply horrible. I will never eat at that location again.

Jamie was attentive without ever making us feel rushed, made sure every detail of our meal was perfect, and checked on us just the right amount. It’s rare to find someone who serves with so much care and authenticity. You can tell Jamie takes pride in making every guest feel valued.

We visited the Red Lobster location in Camp Springs, Maryland, and our experience was absolutely wonderful thanks to our waitress Jamie. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm and genuinely pleasant attitude that set the tone for the entire visit. Her service was quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed, and she made sure our drinks stayed refilled throughout the meal. She checked back with us regularly to see if we needed anything else, which showed real attention and care. Jamie is a true asset to this location, and her hospitality made our visit memorable. We will absolutely be returning to this Red Lobster, and we hope to be seated in her section again. She is a grade A, number one server, and we cannot recommend her enough.

It took 15+ mins for us to get our drinks. We had 1 root beer & 2 lemonades. The waiters recall time was too far in between? The food came out pretty quick but wrong. I received 2 salads but no one at my table ordered salads. I had the all you can eat shrimp. The first order of shrimp was wrong but I figured I'd eat it correctly on my 2nd order, the 2nd order was still wrong. I ordered mashed potatoes for my side, I received a baked potatoe. Grilled shrimp was my favorite. The coconut shrimp came with sweet white sauce, the sauce was gross. I asked for chili sauce for dip but it never came. As always the biscuits were hot and fresh. The mac & cheese w/ bacon was delicious!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant.

This was my first time at this Red Lobster and let me tell you, I will be back. Jamie was so friendly from the beginning and made us feel like family. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get the perfect meal. Also the bartender made the most delicious dirty martini!! 10/10 will definitely be back and will ask for Jamie!!
