We got sat with server Michael in Lancaster. He is awesome and made you feel right at home. He is very knowledgeable (specials/crab fest), great conversationist (makes it easy to order what you want and feel comfortable), and extremely efficient. Anytime our drinks were getting low he was on top of it. Also on top of bringing out food when it was done and delivered boxes/bags to go as soon as they were needed. I hadn’t been to RL in a long long time and the whole experience was fantastic. Nice hostess who was up there and being attentive to seating guests. Fantastic service from Michael our server. It was a great time with my fiancé and Step dad as we were visiting town since moving.

My girlfriend and I decided on Red Lobster for her birthday and our waiter Michael was absolutely hands down the best! 10/10 Service. He was friendly, always had a smile on his face ,and always had something funny to say! Our drinks stayed full, our food was delicious and he was more than happy to accommodate us with our special request and he even gave my birthday girl a cute special desert for her special day. He is a prime example of how exemplary service is a surefire way to bring customers back for more!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Red Lobster yesterday. Devan was our waiter and excellent service. He definitely has talent and Red Lobster should feel very fortunate to have him as an employee.
One of the hostesses, was also very nice. I don't remember her name but she has the beautiful nails and eyelashes.
The food was good. I had salmon and brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts were a little over cooked but for the most part, everything was good.
