I like how the owner only responds to good reviews. This location should be ashamed of themselves. Complete lack of competence and nobody cares. Placed a large order days in advance (27 pizzas for 100+ people party). On my way to pick up the pizza only to find out via email that the location cancelled the order 25 min before the pickup time. You had the order for days. Still went in and about 20+ frustrated people waiting in the lobby for their food. Asked the manager what happened to my order and was met with "Oh the large order, yeah we don't have time to make that". You knew for days but only cancelled 25 minutes before pickup. What a disgrace. Special thanks to Superossa Harwood Heights for saving the day and delivering our pizza all within 30 minutes. My 100+ guests were extremely pleased.

Super busy today. I can only guess because of the bears game. They had three workers trying their best. The manager kept telling people how long their orders would be. I went back out to my car and waited for 15 minutes. When I went back in more people were waiting. A few where making comments. I am guessing they never worked in the food industry or with the public. I just made the comment that they probably had a couple people call out. Another woman agreed with me. The manager was updating people on there orders. I give him credit for what he was dealing with.

The District Manager who runs this location is a joke!

I never received an online order on 8/22/26 because this location was overwhelmed with orders. Which was fine, it was a Saturday evening after all what else can one expect. But obviously, I expected some sort of credit, if not a refund.

Their District Manager has been insufferable to deal with. I called their corporate number twice for a credit/refund and twice she has claimed that it was posted to my account. I have now filed a claim with my bank and blah blah blah.

As a loyal customer to Little Caesars, what a shame.

Everyone is experiencing this unaffordability crisis and for a huge company such as Little Caesars to act like this is a darn shame.

Whatever you do, my dear locals just pick a better chain pizza spot.

What a joke.

A lot of people waiting an hour for there pizzas when i got there. They has a stack of pizzas ready in the back, but we were told we needed to wait and no online orders were ready. People came in to order and were told they weren't taking walk-in orders. We were told they had to make more dough because they ran out. Obviously people start complaining because they keep being told to wait even thought they been waiting for over an hour. I’m not very happy right now. We needed something fast for dinner and we decided on little Caesars pizza pizza! Isn’t that their slogan? This was definitely not good at least for me. Maybe it’s good for children because they don’t know any better What’s good pizza and what isn’t.
This pizza was dry no sauce on it and in my opinion, downright horrible!
You order online and you go to their pizza portal and put in a number and pops out your order. OK I get that. It’s fast. It’s easy you go in your order is ready. You don’t need even need to communicate with anyone. This was definitely not worth it and I don’t care if it was free. I like to think I’m usually pretty fair and reasonable and I thought well maybe I’m having a bad night and this made it worse.
Even their crazy bread was dry and hard.
Maybe it wasn’t me having a bad night maybe it was the pizza cook, because obviously something went wrong with this order. Now here’s the real question would I go back absolutely not!!!!!
