Normally a good location. But tonight they ignored me when I asked if my order was ready and after waiting 20 minutes they discovered my food had been in the heater the whole time I had been there. When I said "yes, thats mine" they put back in the heater and walked away so I left.
I Normally dont complain but I wasn't rude and they weren't busy so that unfortunately was my experience.

Even when they were a little understaffed, they did their very best to get our pizza out quickly! They had great attitudes and I really appreciate the hard work! More than accommodating for the situation as well. Y’all are awesome. Keep it up!! Seriously!!

I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, especially like this one, but after my experience at Little Caesars, I felt it was deserved.

From the moment I walked in, Manager Rayah went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. In today’s world, it’s becoming harder and harder to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but Rayah is a perfect example of what great leadership looks like. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled perfectly.

The food quality was top-notch. Everything was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. It’s clear that Rayah takes pride in her team and the service they provide because it shows in every aspect of the experience.

As a customer, I left feeling appreciated and valued, and that’s something that keeps people coming back. Rayah’s dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence truly set this location apart from others.

Thank you, Rayah, for making what could have been a simple pizza run into such a great experience. Little Caesars is lucky to have a manager like you, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the outstanding service you provided.

I have given this place multiple chances and am disappointed each time. While the staff is friendly, the wait times are OUTRAGEOUS! I have tried various days and times and always end up waiting way too long. I ordered a pizza at 414pm with a pickup of 5:11pm. The app said pickup around 4:49pm but that's when my pizza was put in. The cherry on top was they were out of crazy bread sauce (isn't this pizza sauce???) . There were 2 other cars in the parking lot when I arrived who also had super long wait times. I'm not sure if there is not enough help or what, but it's disappointing this location always seems to be so slow. Save your time and frustration and go to Hungry Howies, Sal's, New York Pizza District.

I was just handed a pizza that looks liked it had been through the spin cycle in a washer. The crust was flat on one side. All the toppings were flung to the middle of the pizza. The said they were too busy to remake my pizza after explaining to me that there was not enough dough in the middle of the pizza. The guy at the front counter called to a (lady) in the back making the pizzas, letting her know that there was an unhappy customer in the front.” She rattled off so many four letter words my head spun. She finished with the words, “what the hell do you want me to do?" Lack of Customer service, and unprofessionalism should not be tolerated at any establishment, let alone at a pizzeria. Management needs to be aware of and enlightened about their employees lack of professionalism and customer service.
