Dan, (the site manager) was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous, with friendly, step by step walkthroughs of the entire process. Excellent customer service and a genuinely positive experience. Highly recommended!

I am happy to say how polite and knowledgeable everybody was. The manager, Daniel, was great over the phone, guiding me through the process of renting a spot. I recommend using this storage facility if you need one in this area.

This is my first time renting space.
Let me start my review by thanking Dan for his excellent guidance in explaining rental size options, cost for each option.
I now have rented fora longer duration paid in advance which lowered overall cost and added value.
The app is awesome drive up request access on my phone and the gate opens! The app worked on the gate even as i lost cell service.
Gate code option if you don’t have your phone.
Thanks again Dan . You’re a customer asset that is appreciated.

Location on Rogers closed early and I was unable to gain initial access to my outdoor parking spot. Thankfully Dan was working at the Liberty location and he saved the day. He was able to process everything and got me access to my spot. Thank you Dan for the help and availability on the holiday weekend!!
