Under cooked sloppy greasy yuck the energy in this place sucks i don't recommend zero stars the pizza went straight in the trash I wouldn't feed it too my dog the employees here clearly hates their Job never again

They just don’t care at this place! They never give you what you ordered! I ordered a pizza with half toppings half cheese. They don’t even know how to put half toppings because I only got three cheese slices half of my pizza ended up being thin crust. The other half had way too much crust and I asked for crazy topping and crust and they literally gave me nothing and every time I order it that way they never give it to me. They’re like the laziest people there ever and the pizzas are always super underbaked.

Very bad experience with this Little Caesars branch.

I made two orders in the morning totaling around $200. The first order arrived without the drinks. I contacted customer service, and the representative was helpful and tried to reach the store and the driver multiple times, but nobody answered the phone.

I also tried calling the store myself many times with no success. The voicemail box was full, so it was impossible even to leave a message. Later, the driver texted me apologizing and explained that the store did not give him the full order and that I needed to contact customer service.

In the end, the only solution offered was a refund for the drinks, but they refunded them as promotional items under an offer, so it really did not compensate for the issue. I still lost the value of the missing drinks, and more importantly, it created a problem with the kids I ordered the pizza for.

This branch seriously needs improvement in customer service and communication. Not answering calls at all during business hours is unacceptable. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

I had asked for light tomato sauce and I checked the box when I first opened it and it was tomato sauce sticking out of the pizza so I asked them again. Can they remake the pizza but can they do light tomato sauce they have me waiting for 5 to 10 minutes. Came back Gave me another pizza box when I checked it again once I got to the house thinking they made it right when I bite into the pizza a whole bunch of tomato sauce goes in my mouth plus tomato sauce is sticking out the pizza The breadsticks was very good

So I went to get a pizza at 10pm, this person closed the store early and told me it was online order only. I go online to order the pizza and she stopped taking orders as well. I’m pregnant(with twins) which means my symptoms are way worse when I’m hungry and I really could only afford little Caesar’s unfortunately for my family. Thank you we will go to bed hungry tonight and I hope I don’t end up back in the ER for not eating enough. Several people also came to place orders. She ignored them all.
