The location Little Caesars pizza on North Point blvd needs to have a manager that is not relaxed on how the food is cooked and improve customer service. They need to hire a whole new team for the night crew. You can't make a order over the phone or call them at all, they never answer the phone, it just rings. I had a complaint one time, about the same location. I had to call another location to tell them my complaint about the Northpoint blvd location. This place has to be the worst restaurant I have been to. During my last visit I went inside to place my order. I ordered a large Italian Sausage Pizza. While waiting, there was a woman that came to the front counter and started smoking a Vape. The rest of the employees were cursing and talking loudly. Two of them were in their phone's, every time I go there someone is on their phone. When my pizza was ready I got it and went to my car. I opened the box and I was shocked at how it looked. I used to work at a pizza place when I was younger, pizza should never look like that. I took it back in and I asked them why it looks like that. The lady and the cashier both looked at the pizza said yes. I said no it's not supposed to look like this. The sausage is not even on the entire pizza it's mostly in the middle. The pizza sauce was not even close to the edge of the pizza, they did not care how they made my pizza. The woman said that it couldn't be remade because there was nothing wrong with it. I should've gotten a refund, but I didn't and I just ate it like it was. I was very dissatisfied with my order and the customer service. I won't go to the North Point blvd location at night, I'll drive across town to another Little Caesars location.

I ordered online and picked up in the portal. Upon opening my pizzas to check before leaving, I see this atrocity. I asked the guy at the register if they had anything else available but he said I'd have to wait 10-15 mins. I should have asked for a refund bc what person in their right mind would even sell pizza that looked like this to a customer?? Pizza was half crust and looked like they'd literally dropped it trying to put it in the box. Smh never again!

Sitting down to enjoy a *slice* of pizza... Little Caesars, how about you tell me what's wrong with this pizza?

When I arrived to the store, the first thing that hit me was a swarm of flies to the face when I opened door. Gross.
Plus, the floor was inexplicably sticky for a restaurant where no one eats in the store. Double gross.

I'd ordered ahead, but along with 2 other customers, I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my order.

Now that I have my order, the pizza ISN'T EVEN SLICED. Not to mention, I ordered marinara sauce and got cheese.

I have not eaten at a LC in about 2 years. They have a better menu. I ordered the pizza and stick combo 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese sticks. It was very delicious. Only gave 4 stars it was made to order and they were making all of the cars park and wait. My wait was almost 25 minutes. But I will go back. I only spent $8. Highly recommend if u are low on cash or have alot of people to feed.

Don’t bother you’ll be disappointed until they get better staff! I was sold what was called a pizza but looked like a child had played in play doh. The dough was uneven we waited for 10 minutes just to get a cold pizza that was merely burnt! At first we thought it was reheated, however we really don’t know what’s the story behind it.
