Employees are incompetent can’t even get the order right then I wait for an additional item and ask for ranch and they can’t even accommodate when my pizza is all cold…..and when I paid for crazy puffs then they say it’s sold out and make them for me anyways. These staff the boy the girl and manager Andrea they are slow as can and charging me for more when I don’t even order certain items and giving me pizza that wasn’t even mine. This place needs help and I won’t be here again when they can’t even give you a free ranch when your foood is all cold when they said the item is sold out but still made it. Just all standing around calling me names do better… they are all rude and have no customer service attributes illl take my review away when I hear from someone reasonable… but other then that in the pics I got more then I ordered and not even the items I asked for when I told them that … slow employees … don’t come here

I visited 3rd may 2026 today, and it is unbelievable—there were people shouting and playing music that was incredibly loud—far too loud—and filled with nothing but profanities and vulgarities. A young man and a young woman were yelling at each other the entire time. I waited a while until the manager finally attended to me; I felt he handled things well. However, the staff working inside were slow, kept shouting at one another, and—to top it off—the vulgar, offensive music they were playing was blaring at an excessive volume. It is simply unacceptable that a business like this employs people who have absolutely no regard for customer service There are customers who come in with children and adults, yet the employees here—specifically a young man and a young woman—were shouting profanities back and forth at each other, and the music was vulgar. There was another young man—whom I believe to be the manager—who actually served me well; however, you simply cannot go to a store like this where the staff clearly couldn't care less about providing good service.

They have the most disrespectful little kids working there, they were super rude and no help whatsoever we waited almost a hour for my food while I watched them through the drive through window eating pizza and breadsticks the whole time. After 30minutes they came outside to ask me what I ordered and still took another 30-40minutes to come out with the wrong order!!! When I was complaining the little kids were laughing. Worst experience ever

Idnk who the owner is but they really need to check on this store. Terrible Terrible service please avoid this location i have been coming here because its closer location to me. But IAM DONE. My parents came yesterday got the order totally wrong!
At that point we kept food my family was starving.
Today my 1 peperoni pizza with cheese breads take 17 min waiting outside parked. I walk inside and dont even get noticed . Jesus i could have walked out with drinks and no noticed. So i just walked back out. The kids in the back just chatting. I will make sure none my family come to this location AGAIN! After yrs of giving them the benefit of the doubt !

Definitely didn't get what I paid for. I payed for extra most pizzas and I barley got any meat on it. I'm on a time crunch and don't have time to return to the store.
