I went in to get a propane refill today. The female cashier was probably not having a good day and was somewhat rude. I walked in and asked if I could get a propane refill. She said Excuse me? in a rude tone and I asked again and she said can you wait until I'm done with the customer in a very rude tone. This was a first because the few times I have been to this store everyone is usually very friendly and polite. The male employee who filled up my propane tank was very helpful and friendly.

We love the pet wash station at Tractor Supply and the staff members are so welcoming every time we walk through the door. I can see why my heeler will refuse to take a bath at home when she gets a lot of love and delicious treats from the cashier's

This review if for Ernie. We spent a good deal of money buying a trailer the other day and he made it such an EASY and PLEASANT experience. The man did everything for us dang near. Said he has been there 10 plus years and I believe it. I would not want to let go of an employee that good at their job either! Guys, he taught us things so we didnt just buy and not know. He gave advice on theft and how to get in touch with local police to help them with potential thefts in the future. A checklist of things no one would otherwise tell you. Thank you Ernie.

Great new store and love seeing the employees happy with the upgrade! The selection seems a little bit more limited now though, especially with poultry and game bird options.. but I hope it'll increase back to usual as they settle in more.

Clean store. Plenty of stock on hand. When exiting our car we were approached by a very aggressive woman selling tamales. I entered the store and mentioned this to the manager and she said "yeah. So what. And they are good tamales "
She then walked away.

No one wants to be aggressively solicited by someone selling something out of their car and have management unconcerned about their customers.
