So I go to this little cesars alot its rite by my house so very convenient, today I called and tried to order a pizza I buy all of the time the guy trying to take my order was upset the moment he answered the phone then huffed and puffed literally on the phone like my business was too much of a bother. They do have really good workers here that do a great job though thats whats a bummer 😕

I’ve tried giving this place so many chances. Wauconda location needs to be shut down nobody cares there and send out raw food. Only reason I’m giving service a 5 star is because they had no problem giving me a refund

Let Me Start Off By Saying The Cook Kim Or Whatever Position She Holds At This Place Needs To Be Fired.. Her Nasty Attitude & Poor Customer Service Skills Will Make This Location Lose Alot Of Valuable Customers.. If Im Paying My Hard Earned Money My Food It Should Be Made The Way I Want Not The Way She Chooses To Make It Because She Works There As The Cook.. This Little Caesar’s is great! Got our food on time, cooked well, no hassle. Compared to Round Lake Beach, where we never even got what we ordered after a 2-hour wait, this place is exactly what you’d expect from a Little Caesar’s.

The quality has gone extremely downhill lately. The girl at the counter was incredibly rude and claimed that she didn't have the order-- it took showing her the order number for her to bother to actually do something about it. The pretzel crust pizza we received was abysmal: the crust was completely undercooked, and the salt was saturated on a couple of slices, making them barely edible. We've already had a couple unpleasant experiences with this location (including the situation with employees yelling at each other and quitting on the spot, as a previous reviewer mentioned). I wouldn't recommend coming to this location until management can get their act together here.
