Ngl its been years since I had this. I dont know how other locations are but I was impressed with everything. I really was. The pizza was really good. The people working at this location were all cool. I will go back here. I was really impressed.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery just because they take very long. I’ve never really had issues with this location before but this day was different. I had ordered a pizza at about 6:30 pm and it said it would be delivered by 8pm. I had already thought that was a lot but I figure it was busy due to it being the weekend. My deliver driver did not get to Little Caesars until 8:05 pm. He even messaged that the location was really full but I was just wondering why my order still was not ready for pick up. Im not sure if the driver did anything to get my order faster which also upset me a bit. I called customer service and they were really nice about it but I had to call several times because when they would give me a new time it would still not be delivered. The order finally arrived at 9:40 and the order was wrong and missing items. I called for the last time and the lady, Rain, who was very nice about it apologized and gave me a refund. I honestly wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery, usually pick up is better. I hope they fix this cuz the pizza is good for the price but if the service is this bad I would not order from here again.

I don’t know how this location even has 3 stars. The workers are so hostile and not very polite.
I come to this location bc it’s closest to me and every time they speak with an attitude.
That’s not even the main issue I could care less ab their attitude as long as I’m getting my food. However this location takes FOREVER to get food out. I am currently waiting for over an hour now for two god damn pizzas that I ordered on the app. This has happened more than once, it’s not worth it.

This location is terrible. From all the bad reviews I’ve read, it’s obvious nothing has changed with how they run things. The employees are careless, and the food quality is unacceptable.
I placed an online order on Sunday, expecting fresh, hot pizza. Instead, I was given two cold, burnt pizzas that looked like they’d been sitting out since the morning. When I arrived, the girl at the counter seemed completely confused, even after I spelled out my name. She disappeared to the back for about five minutes, talking with another employee, while my order was clearly being ignored.
This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. If you value your time and money, don’t bother ordering from or visiting this location.

Food, service and atmosphere is not deserving of even one star. I visited this location for the first time on my way back home from picking up my guests from the airport on 07/29/25 and it was by far the worst experience. I went into the store there was nobody at the counter. You can hear people talking and laughing in the back, like there was no tomorrow. I received my pizzas which I paid $56 for and took them home. I got home and to my surprise all 5 of my pizzas were burnt. I get on the phone to call and see if I can fix anything, I was put on hold for a very very long time so I decide to hang up and call the next day. It’s 07/30/25 and I call and not surprised at all I am put on hold AGAIN. Therefore, I decide to call corporate to complain on my horrible experience. I am told the district manager would contact me and it’s 08/02/25 and here I am still waiting on someone to contact me. Absolutely disappointed. The employees, the district manager and corporate are absolutely of no help!
