This is a shout out for Jeramiah and the Zoom Drain team. We have used Zoom drain a couple times with Jeramiah as our technician. He was always up front and very professional- always telling us what the best solution to our drain issue would be. We decided to have the cracked root filled part of our pipe replaced. He ran into a few issues that required help from his team. They showed up and worked late into the evening to replace the pipe and waterline and the water valve. They stood by the original estimate. We were very happy and impressed with the work. Zoom Drain is the best—Thank you all again for the great work

Jeremiah saved the night! He came to my friend’s house last night at midnight after discovering a massive leak due to an inner pipe clog. He assessed the situation and handled it calmly. He could not have been any nicer. He was patient, hard working, and productive. This company was the only company in the Mount pleasant area who was able to come for an on call plumbing emergency. I had called over 10 other companies but no one else was as nice or even available. The advertising for this company is true. On call means they are there when you need them. Thankful for the quick response and immediate solution. 10/10.

My technician Jeremiah was polite, punctual and super helpful. He was able to fix my kitchen sink and toilet issues in a very timely basis. Would highly recommend. They also provided same day scheduling to fix the issues.

Seth and Caleb were awesome! Great communication, on time, professional and the price was great! They do not charge a diagnostic fee and even used a camera to find our issues.
We had them jet our exterior clean out to remove clog and clean main drain line. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend!

Brian was friendly and professional in solving my mystery clog issue. His initial estimate was too high, so he proposed a lower cost option that was very reasonable. He went above and beyond my expectations to isolate and fix the issue, which turned out to be no more than an unusually clogged toilet. It was puzzling to me, as it was a new toilet that I had installed two days earlier. I was pleased with his performance, knowledge, honesty, and explanation. He completed the work in an hour after having called only a few hours earlier. I definitely recommend this Zoom Drain plumber to anyone needing plumbing services. Thanks Brian.
