We had an excellent experience. We needed two faucets replaced (kitchen and master bathroom). We ordered our own parts and Needed them professionally installed. We were able to schedule quickly, annd even rescheduled without issue. He came on time, and was well represented. Our technician was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He did the work quickly and it was done right. He negotiated a very fair price right from the start, and when it turned out we had ordered the wrong kind of faucet for the bathroom he reduced the cost of our original agreement accordingly. We would absolutely use this service again in the future and we highly recommend them.

Deshon and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They responded promptly to an issue at one of my rental properties and handled everything professionally — coordinating directly with my tenant to schedule access at a convenient time.

Their communication was excellent throughout the process. They thoroughly explained the scope of the issues and presented me with multiple repair options, never once making me feel pressured or like I was being upsold on unnecessary services.

I recently purchased a maintenance plan from ACA to keep the 3 systems in our home in great shape. Tony came out and did all the proper checks (including crawling into the attic to access 2 air handlers). We found an issue with one of our downstairs air handlers and he quickly worked to put together a quote and ultimately fix our issues. His communication was phenomenal throughout the entire process, showing photos of what he found as well as explaining how our hvac system is effected. He is such a kind and knowledgeable tech, and does a terrific job! In addition, DeShaun was wonderful to work with over the phone, putting together a deal of a maintenance plan for our home and keeping me updated on appointments. Thanks DeShaun + Tony!

I must say, I’m quite pleased with Advance Cool Air. The service they provided was excellent! The technicians are polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The entire process was seamless! I would recommend them again and again. The office staff who I dealt with over the phone were good as well. A great experience overall! 5-star service for sure!
