Took my dog to the self serve dog wash for the first time, $10 for everything (supposed) to be provided. I was completely shocked when I walked in to this. There is no way this mess was caused from half a days use. The only thing I could use was the water and soap. There were no clean towels anywhere, there were piles of dirty wet towels all over, all of the brushes and mits were caked with dog fur, the bath itself (both of them) were caked with fur and would fill up with water. I would have to turn the water off and wait for the build up to drain down. The aprons were matted with fur so I couldn’t wear them. I washed my dog the best I could because I had already drove there and she left soaking wet (she’s afraid of the sound of the dryer). I made it to the front (leaving a trail of water) and the girl was nice at the checkout but didn’t seem to worried when I said I left a trail of water because there weren’t any towels… she said “oh no” and thats it. I would love to continue using this wash station because it’s convenient but I will not be returning if it stays in this condition.

GET INTO RIGHT TURNING LANE TO ENTER TSC DRIVEWAY. IMMEDIATELY TURN LEFT TO LHS OF TSC GOING CW TO PLATFORM DOCK IN BACK FACING EAST. TANDEMS BACK TO UNLOAD. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING. SWING WIDE RIGHT LEAVING DOCK. GO BACK TO TSC SIGN FOR EXIT.
