Got a loan from these guys when they were Citi Financial. Two weeks ago I wanted to pay loan and was told I had to get my bank to fax them with a request and they would send the payout statement in 5 days. After multiple calls and excuses ( most of which were flat out lies ) the statement finally got to my bank 2 weeks after i started the process and only because I had to pick it up and drive it to the bank.nnIf this place has a problem sending and receiving faxes would you really trust them with anything to do with your finances. your choice.............. I will never deal with this company again.
