Just was there. Two employees just in their phones up front. Not a greeting. Needed help finding shoes but they didn’t even look up. So we just left. One said “have a good one” and I laughed. I guess it’s weird to expect help from an employee nowadays.

If I could give 0 I would. Purchased a pair of Birkenstocks and they broke the same day I bought them. Provided pictures and everything. Jumped through hoops with customer service. They failed to tell me anything and no return on over $100. Ridiculous, thanks for nothing, no one should shop with them. Never.

What a great selection! And priced right if you need two pair. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good show shopping experience.
