I stopped by this shoe store after work and was aware they were close to closing. I quickly picked out the shoes I planned to buy for my family, myself, and a friend who was with me, and I was only looking for the correct sizes.

The gentleman working let me know they were about to close, which I completely understood. I apologized and told him I would be out as soon as possible. Despite that, he continued making slick remarks about wanting to leave. I apologized again and tried to be respectful of his time.

What really disappointed me was the lack of basic courtesy and understanding. We’re all human, we all work long days, and respect should go both ways. Because of the attitude and comments, I decided to leave the shoes behind and walk out.

Whoever works at this location- That has little mustache and hippie vibes must HATE his job. I asked if he could help me size my 1 year old toddler for shoes and he told “im sure you can find one of the things around back there” and then I asked him if he could help because I had some questions he said well you can measure him yourself. Then I questioned why the metal one I measured my toddlers foot with was saying a 4 but the paper one was in-between a 6/7. I was looking for help and guidance since my son can not tell me at 1 years old if its a comfortable fit or not. I was planning on buying him & I matching shoes and a few other pairs for preschool but just leave mad and discouraged because of the lack of help. Now Im off to another shoe store to get my son fitted and purchase shoes. DO BETTER!

This is the smallest Rack Room that I have ever seen, but I had a good shopping experience there. It was very neat and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Because of its size, they can't stock everything for everyone. The selection of men's and women's dress shoes was limited, but we still found shoes that suited us. There seemed to be a broad selection of athletic footwear.
