I had a great experience working with Israel throughout the apartment application. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed, and was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. I really appreciate his patience and willingness to help. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend!

Sherry and Israel in the leasing office are the best! They are super helpful and sweet. Sandy and David (maintenance) are also incredible and have always been there to help me when I needed them. Lived here for a year in a 2 bed apt, then upgraded to a 3 bed at the end of my lease and they made the process so easy!

Israel was fantastic! The tour was efficient and smooth without taking too long. He gave me a fabulous run down on pricing. They didn’t have the unit I was looking for available for me to tour yet but he gave me a good run down of the layout and what I could expect. Overall most informative apartment tour I’ve been on to date.

I live here for a few months now and the last weekend at 3am I had an emergency issue. I was literally amazed by how quickly Sandy the maintenance lady came and fix it. In Only a few min she was already at my door with the proper equipment and explained everything and handled it immediately!
Also when I had other maintenance issues Hugo came right away and got it done quickly and effectively!
Amazing service thank you so much!
