I went to OSH once a year ago and did not like the PA from the get go. They were very pushy to get me to switch to them with my Insurance company. I was asked at every step. I chose not to go back yet for the last year they have called me pretty much every week to schedule an appointment. It thought they'd get the hint when I never returned their call but no, they continue to call. Last week I called them and told them I am not interested. I am now in California so when they called again this morning it was 6am! They must be really desperate for patients if they are calling this much. Take me off your call list please! I would never recommend this offfice to anyone.

I love the care my mom is receiving after she moved here from Tennessee. I thank God for such amazing staff at this place. I know this is God thing. We are so blessed.

I really appreciate the work that Oak Street and Dr Jeffrey Corkindale do for me and everyone else who is on the staff with them. They provide great service.

I don't like OSH, Center Point office 😕 bc they don't communicate well with they staff! They don't have anyone to do the line dance class. I've been a patient for a few months it really been very awful 😖 for me! I had over 8 nurses to call me about a test results, which I have given to them after the first call. They have taken my A1C over 6x between 3mos!!! Until I said enough etc etc. Overall to me lack of communication skills, and they don't know what they are doing for real!!! The staff are friendly and nice for the most part. But I'm going somewhere for my health care bc to OSH not it for me!! To me the t.v advisement is all lies. I mention that matter to the staff there etc etc. They was lost for words. That was I change provider for what they was so call offering.... But didn't get. OSH is now in my rear view mirror 🪞 😎 😠😣

I recently visited Oak Street Medical with my mom, and it was a breath of fresh air! This was her first visit. The staff's kindness and warm smiles made us feel right at home. My mom, who's usually wary of new places, was surprisingly comfortable – thanks to the caring team.

What stood out was their focus on getting to know patients' health and concerns, plus the offer to reach out if needed. I was amazed by the free activities for elders and transportation services – what a thoughtful touch!

Dr. Lettrich worked wonders with my mom, getting her to open up like never before. A huge shoutout to Ms. Hope and Ms. Erlisa for making us feel welcome – they treated my mom like family! If you're looking for compassionate care, Oak Street Medical is the way to go.
