I called twice at 9:17 their phone line was down then I went on the app and entered my card 3 times then I thought it would be better to go in the store. I got in the store at 9:27, the two teens working shut down the lights and register early. They told us we had to go through the drive through then we got to the window and they said they can't make our pizza because it was after 9:30. This was deliberately done so they can be lazy and not do their job, then had the nerve to be rude to us. I will never be coming to this establishment again because they are so incompetent they can't hire staff with social skills or manners. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!!!

We ordered 3 large fresh pizza and they took the old hot and ready pizzas and put our toppings on them and is was the worst pizza ever, never again.

we ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. they were burnt, tasted like they’d been sitting in the warmer for 3 hours, and while we were waiting mind you we ordered an hour ahead, they made us pull around front and wait 30 minutes and the guy just told us he forgot. How do you forget you have a customer waiting out front? And both the managers were being flat out rude. Nothing but issues with this location. They’re all too high to understand what’s going on.

Came here today and got 3 lunch specials. All of my pizzas were burnt to the point they weren’t even edible. Will not be coming back. Tried to call the store and they said I’d need a receipt which I didn’t take because we paid cash!
