Having locked my keys for my Vespa scooter in the trunk, I phoned several places for assistance. With instructions from Halifax Vespa Mr Deadbolt's Dave unlocked my Vespa and retrieved my keys.

I never have met a person so even tempered as Dave. He was courteous, extremely patience, on the phone as well as in person.
He puzzled and tried till the job was done, without a complaint or a sigh.

Even when a phone-call interrupted the job, Dave answered in a happy way, and made sure this customer understood everything.

I recommend Mr. Deadbolt to everyone in times of trouble with any kind of locks.
