Sure west roofing was the best experience I have had hiring any company.
When searching for a company, I was interested to see they joined the Alberta allied roofers association which is trying to establish standards for Alberta’s roofing contractors. I was also impressed by their in house qualified crew. Knowing who the crew will be is important.
Throughout the project , Sure west provided excellent communication, had a clean organized worksite, and provided an atmosphere that was very positive and professional. The Sure west crew were skilled and reliable. They added touches to the finish of the roof that made the whole project look really polished and professional. I was very worried about reroofing our house because it was a large project. Sure west provided a crew that reflected the size of the project so it was done in a reasonable timely manner. My yard was left clean and safe. Sure-west has set the bar very high for any other roofing company. Such a pleasure to have had this experience. Highly recommend this company and commend them for their adherence to such high standards.

SureWest were fantastic to deal with for my roof job. After obtaining a half a dozen quotes, SureWest won out on a trusted friends recommendation, as well as having the best price. Mike and Craig communicated clearly every step of the way, got things done in the exact timeframe quoted, and were thorough in checking things over to make sure the job was done right. The crew headed by Adam were fantastic- worked incredibly hard, and had everything in my yard clean and back as it was before the job was done. We're new to our neighbourhood and already have had one neighbour comment on how respectful the crew was, and another come by and ask who did our roof job- clearly, the work speaks for itself.

We highly recommend Sure West Roofing for any roofing needs. We had a roof replacement and decided to go with Euroshield, a rubber shake company from Calgary.

We are very satisfied with the great work they provided. Communication from the quote with Craig to installation with Mike and Adam’s crew were responsive as well as clear. All questions were answered very thoroughly. Craig provided a very detailed quote and delivered.

The crew was hardworking, polite and knowledgeable. They arrived on time daily and stuck to the estimate start/end date weather pending.

Clean up was spotless from eavestroughs to yard. Daily clean up was done at shift end.

Their costumer service was second to none. Overall, we had a very positive experience with exceptional work. We highly recommend Sure West Roofing.

I would definitely recommend Sure West Roofing as they were excellent to work with. They communicated extremely well with everything to be done, and sent pictures of the work. My horses tack shed was done and they were very diligent about putting tarps down and making sure that no nails were left anywhere. My house was also done and the entire area around the house was cleaned up when finished. A job well done, very professional and overall a positive experience.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sure West Roofing for the amazing roof replacement they did.

We chose Sure West after checking with multiple other roofing companies.
No-one else left as good of a first impression as they did.
One of the owners came out for the initial assessment of our needs and to start designing the project.
Craig was meticulous in addressing our roofing needs, never tried to upsell us, and gave detailed answers to the many questions we had.

In addition to replacing the shingles, we also wanted to fix issues with cold air coming in above a closet and corner bedroom, condensation dripping from our front and back porch soffits, and to save our existing costly heat wires to prevent our downspouts freezing.

Sure West tackled all of those goals and provided us exactly what we needed, including identifying weak venting in the original construction, and recommending fixes.

When it came time to do the work, the entire crew was amazing from day one to the end. You can tell when people take pride in the work they do, and every person on the team showed amazing work ethic. We had unexpected winds overnight while the roof was still being installed, and the roofers took time to check that every shingle was still perfectly bonded, and nothing was loose. As well, tarps were placed all around the house to catch debris, and they did multiple passes with magnet rakes to collect any stray roofing nails. Cleanup was top notch.

They took excellent care of the expensive heat wires and re-ran them through the gutters and downspouts with no complaints (a nightmare job for anyone who has ever had to do that).

After the roofing was done, the foreman performed another final check of all roofing systems, and then the owner came out, got on the roof and did his own final inspection. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone else putting in this much effort to make sure things are done perfectly the first time.

Since they finished, the new roof and improved venting has been amazing, not a drop of condensation on the porches, no more ice dams, and no cold air coming into the bedroom/closet! Their venting redesign definitely worked wonders.

I will recommend Sure West Roofing to all our neighbours and friends every chance I get.

Excellent team and professional work.

My roof had a major leak and they repaired the valley that was leaking and informed me that the other two are cracked and would fail soon as well. They gave me a fair price to repair all three and it's been over a year with no issues!

When a storm rolled in my next door neighbors facia blew off and I recommended them for him. They were done in a very short time!
