Been loving these townhomes, great walking trail right next door, good natural light. Management has been fantastic, especially Monique, she's been super helpful answering a bunch of our questions. Any requests we've submitted to fix something, they've been quick and thorough to do it. Definitely love living here

We are so grateful we found Crestview. We had just come from a very negative landlord experience previously and Monique was a breath of fresh air. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for our family instantly made us feel welcome and safe. She was extremely flexible in showings and personable. Our experience at Crestview Ridge was great. We had some urgency to finding a place to rent when our permanent home sold faster than expected. Monique was great to show us what was available and met our needs. She was quick to respond with any questions we had during the application and move-in process. After move-in, Kai and Monique were always available with appropriate help or information. Besides great service by the staff, our townhouse was very comfortable. We loved the location close to shopping and the Murdock Canal Trail for exercise. It was a great decision to rent from Crestview.

Been living here for over 3 years. Started out at Crestview Ridge and now at Crestview Park. Wonderful community and wonderful management. But have to single out some people, especially Javier our maintenance manager. He is prompt, courteous, professional, and most of all dependable! Household issues, big or small, he takes care of us.

~Amy is the top reason we've had such a good experience living at Crestview. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and creates a warm environment for the residents.
~The location is great. Within a mile radius, you'll find food establishments, a car wash, a grocery store, and a gas station.
~ We also enjoy the Highland trail system that connects right behind the Townhomes. There are three fabulous parks within walking/bike riding distance--Art Dye Park (they have a huge dog park), Harvey Park (all abilities playground) and Highland Glenn Park with a fishing pond.
~ A quick 10 minute car drive takes you to American Fork Canyon which provides year round outdoor entertainment.
~The clubhouse is bright and well decorated with a pool table and exercise equipment.
