This has been a great place to live for the last 9+ years!
Office staff are always friendly and helpful, and the management has always resolved my Issues with care and kindness.
Maintenance is always quick and reliable no matter the issues we are facing.

The property is beautiful and well kept.
This place felt like home strait away and still does 9 years on.

After moving out, they withheld over $500 from my security deposit, claiming carpet damage. However, despite multiple emails challenging these charges, the leasing office failed to provide any evidence of the supposed damage, mostly choosing to ignore the emails altogether.

Communication with the leasing office is a nightmare. Most emails and calls go unanswered, and when they do respond, they claim that any charges can only be reversed by "Corporate"—a convenient excuse that leaves residents in limbo.

What makes this even worse is that we had a pre-move-out inspection with the leasing office, and no issues with the carpet were mentioned at the time.

Additionally, I agree with other reviewers who pointed out the poor sound insulation. The walls are incredibly thin, and you can easily hear noise from neighboring apartments, making it a less-than-ideal place to live if you value peace and quiet.

EDIT (after response from business) :
The leasing office stated in their response that they provided me with photos taken during their move out process - this is incorrect. I only received a scanned copy of the cleaning company invoice, which noted, among other things, that the carpet had bumps and was loose. This was due to improper installation and this issue was present since I moved in. No evidence was provided for "soilage and damage" - as stated in my original review.

Regarding charges being reversed by "corporate" - the issue is that the leasing office (or the front line staff) did absolutely nothing to look into my concerns or look to resolve it. They just passed the buck to "corporate" - leaving me with no information if any action was being taken with regards to my complaints.

This could have all been avoided if the leasing office had just answered my questions and taken my concerns seriously from the start. Their lack of response and dismissive attitude has has left me feeling really frustrated.

I lived in the apartment complex for several years in multiple units. The first few years were great, except for the last year when we had to move out due to constant noises during the night.

When we moved into our last unit, we noticed the carpet was heavily soiled with sand. I tried cleaning it, but no matter how many times I vacuumed, it always contained soil. Upon moving out, the property management kept our security deposit and asked us to pay for carpet replacement, even though they had provided us with a carpet inspection paper dated while we still lived in the apartment unit. Despite our follow-up questions, the property management never responded but continued to demand payment for the carpet replacement. I would say it’s the worst property management company in the PNW.

Been here 4 years, and will be moving out at the end of our lease. They do not care about the parking issue, its been a issue and to this day between our two bedroom apartment and 2 vehicles, we have issues EVERYDAY with finding spots near our apartment and are forced to walk 1/2th of the complex daily so we can park. CHECK THAT THE TENANTS THAT ARE GOING TO MOVE IN HAVE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF VEHICLES FOR THE SPOTS AVAILABLE. We work later shifts, and its 99/100 times that either one of us cannot find a parking space, HOW????? If you have more then one vehicle, which most couples do.. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been hesitant to write this, but to save future troubles for new tenants, do not move here unless you want to be frustrated daily on finding a spot to park, WHERE YOU LIVE. They also raised the rent 4 times in the last 4 years and when asked management they said the rent is actually low and should of been raising it sooner. You have raised it every year, what do you mean sooner? The hill in the winter is a disaster also, so keep in mind if you do not have a AWD vehicle, you will not be making it up the hill.

Didn’t want to review bad. But have to review now.
#1) These apartments have seems like it has thin walls, You can hear everyone next to your walls. If (you’re tryna make a baby, please do it quietly!! No hard smashing!)

#2) Winter time. If live on the bottom floor,
Going back to reason #1 the walls maybe not as insulated. That’s why you can hear everyone. The heaters and will run forever trying to heat your place. It gets cold very fast. Good luck on electric bill.

#3)Kitchen Exhaust Fans. Air doesn’t go out, but just recirculate. If you are cooking good food, your whole apartment will smell and stick to everything, and the cabinet above the exhaust will get covered in grease. They Recently enacted a No Gas/Charcoal grill.
So you cannot cook anything outside anymore.

#4) If you are leaving these apartments. They will charge you painting anyways, even if doesn't need painting and the refundable deposit…
what refundable deposit? It’s theirs. Merry Christmas!

Thanks for reading. Honestly is the best policy.
