My puppy was rejected from this facility due to being timid. They determined she was not a fit for this facility because she timid and not comfortable in a new environment. A loud environment with high stimulation once you get to the back side where the dog kennels are. The dog handler decided because my dog was nervous about being taken around with a stranger without getting to know or acclimate to that stranger (s) that after 6 hours she was not worth worry or work. A puppy in a new environment scared and not understand quite what was going on was turned away from ‘professional’ handlers with over decades of experience because they weren’t capable of understanding a dog who just needed a little more time to get to know them, so if you’re dog is young and still learning the world this isn’t the place for your fur baby.
The staff themselves were kind which is why this isn’t a one star review. But patient they are not

Our dog had a great stay at Philadelphia Pet Hotel and Villas. He can get pretty bad separation anxiety but was comfortable and at ease! He enjoyed his group play time, ate as normal and was relaxed. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. Loved that we could bring his dog bed to make him more comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

I have now had 4 pets stay there over the years (3 different dogs and 1 cat) and I cannot believe I have not yet left a review. I have utilized their services for long stays and I have always felt at ease. There is excellent communication and I feel confident leaving my animals in their care. Of course, I prefer to take my dogs with me, whenever and wherever I can, but sometimes circumstances do not allow. This is the next best thing. If you're on the fence between here and somewhere else, BOOK HERE!

I like this place, just a little expensive for me. They gave a price of $85 a night so I assumed everything else was included as far as walking the dogs and some type of interaction but actually it's about $120 per day and a wash is $75. I have a large dog but a gentle giant. The staff is very nice and understanding and facility is very clean.

They're proactive and care about making our dog comfortable and happy while we're away.
We drive hours out of the way to board our pup here because we trust them and it's worth it!
They're daily updates give us peace of mind that she's getting all the love. Their attention to detail during group play to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment is, in our experience, unparalleled. They understand dogs and set them up to succeed.
They're truly the best.
