I have used Sunny International Services Corp.'s long distance service for a while, but start to have billing problems since 2011. They charged me the wrong rate for the whole year and I have been trying to deal the issue with them by email them and left msg with their voice mail for many times but nothing got fixed so far. So I decide to cancel the service and will never use their company again.
