On the surface it sounds like a great deal, VoIP and Internet with unlimited downloads, however if you happen to run into a problem, good luck getting support. It worked for a week then sporadic connection until it finally died. Took a few days to finally reach tech support, troubleshooting didn't solve the problem so they were going to call me back with another workaround. They never called back. Two weeks later, no internet or phone, numerous attempts to reach them, I cancelled services but was still charged for the month and a half that was required upon sign up, plus installation fees (even though no one came to install). $195 for a week of internet and VoIP.
