Zion and Sam came out the morning after I called about a leak in our bathroom ceiling. They arrived right on schedule and quickly pinpointed the source of the issue. I appreciated how careful they were while inspecting the area — they made sure not to cause any unnecessary damage around the affected spot.

What really stood out was their honesty. Instead of immediately offering to take on the full repair, they suggested that I first contact our builder to see if the problem might be covered under the roofing warranty. That kind of transparency and consideration is rare and could potentially save us a significant amount of money.

Before leaving, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the space neat and organized. Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Zion and Sam again if we ever need help in the future — though hopefully we won’t have to.

KG Building Restoration Inc. did an excellent job, on time and with great quality. The team was professional, attentive to details, and always responsive. I especially appreciated how they kept us informed at every stage of the project. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable experts in building repair and restoration.
