Zion and Sam came out the morning after I called about a leak in our bathroom ceiling. They arrived right on schedule and quickly pinpointed the source of the issue. I appreciated how careful they were while inspecting the area — they made sure not to cause any unnecessary damage around the affected spot.

What really stood out was their honesty. Instead of immediately offering to take on the full repair, they suggested that I first contact our builder to see if the problem might be covered under the roofing warranty. That kind of transparency and consideration is rare and could potentially save us a significant amount of money.
