I made the switch to Pinch a Penny and it was a great decision! My pool looks amazing. Their customer service is top notch. I had a broken salt cell system and the owner personally came out to repair it. They always take the time to explain things and go above and beyond. Stephanie has also been awesome! Very knowledgeable, reasonable pricing and great service!

Michael, Steph and the entire team are fantastic with customer service.
I decided to drop my pool service after some struggles and Steph helped me get my pool from green to crystal blue!
Great assistance and guidance every time I visit, from water testing to helping with warranty work.
Thank you all!

I bought an Atlas pool robot cleaner last week and couldn’t get it working right when I got home. I called the store, and the next day—while I was out—a technician actually came by and fixed it. Total surprise and honestly amazing customer service. You just don’t see that anymore.

Now my pool is sparkling clean and the robot works perfectly. I’m in the store almost every week testing my water and picking up supplies (I’m the “pool lady” at home), and Mike and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend!

The before and after pictures say it all. Pinch a Penny provides top notch service for an affordable price with excellent customer service that goes above and beyond! Our pool was filthy, green and the bottom was coated in a thick layer of dirt due to nearby construction. I was turned away by several other pool companies or given astronomical quotes. Pinch a Penny offered the solution we were desperate for at a very fair rate. The techs were thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Michael the owner was very involved and made sure the job got done. Great communication and follow through. He really went the extra mile. We’ve received monthly services in the past (prior to this incident) and have been very happy customers. When we decided to take over our pool maintenance ourselves, Michael and his amazing team equipped us with everything we needed to know. Very personable staff that knows their stuff and makes sure their customers are well taken care of. Highly recommend for any and all pool maintenance needs - they do it all!
