I maintain a strong commitment to evidence-based care, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies into my work while emphasizing the resources an individual already possesses. I strongly believe in a client’s right to self-determination and want to provide the support and guidance needed to help individuals address barriers to promote growth and healing.
