Loved this Saffron. I’m no expert but I do make paella frequently. I wasn’t sure where I was going to get my saffron when I ran out. Don’t let some of the cranky reviews scare you off. This product arrived in an adorable tin. It was brightly colored, smelled fresh, looked amazing. Toasted it lightly before adding to the sofrito to make my paella. The taste was perfect. Yes, I’d buy this again. I’ll be honest I got confused about all the different kinds but this one was perfect

I was very pleased with my purchase of Yaqoot Saffron, it’s is great quality for a great price. I use it for Risotto, Paella and even a Shrimp Pasta dish I make with a Lemon Alfredo yellow (saffron) infused sauce…….. you only need the tiniest amount so will last a long time.
