I used to love this laundrymat, they were well maintained, they had Ozone for their washers. The washers were reasonably priced at $12 for a 8 load washer. But in the last year this laundromat has started to decline and fast. The dryers dont dry on a single cycle anymore even when adding extra cash for minutes, The Ozone machine is either off or not working as the system shows red. The floor is dirty , benches broken and not replaced. Laundry baskets taken and not replaced. TVs left off. I have reached out to management and got no response. It seems all the positive reviews lately come from their pick up and drop off service. Dont forget the ones who have frequented your establishment since day 1. Please do better Sage Laundry of Sacramento before I search for another laundromat.

UPDATE went last weekend and the Ozone machine is working again

UPDATE 10/18/26 The Ozone machine is off one 8 load washer has been out of order for 4 weeks and the other can't do a cold wash leaving just one 8 load washer fully functioning. The washer took our money and then proceeded to have a SLOW FILL error mid wash meaning we will need to rehash the clothes at our expense.

I have been using this place for nearly 2 years and it is slowly going to disrepair. There are hardly ever any carts, they keep increasing the prices, and they don't keep the bathroom clean and stocked well. I like this place because of how close it is but it is starting to feel like I am being ripped off. I have to carry all my wet laundry to the dryers because there almost never enough carts. They keep maybe 2 or 3 carts out at a time. And often times customers will use more than 1. So even on a slow day, there aren't enough carts. Then you have people who frequently smoke cigarettes right outside of the place. So the smell of cigarettes is often coming into the business. The washer machines have a mildew smell to them, too. Plus they require a minimum purchase of $10 on your card. They recently raised the prices, but I didn't know. So I put the amount on my card I thought I would need to spend. Then when I went to pay, I saw that prices were higher. So I had to spend an extra $10 dollars on the card just so I could cover a $1 increase I wasn't expecting. I am starting to think this place isn't worth it even though it's closer to me.

this place sucks. clothes didnt even dry, super expensive. I washed only 2 semi large baskets, just regular baskets, and it costed me $15. if you got a lot of clothes go elsewhere! also the app doesn’t include the time of the washers and dryers so you have to constantly check on your clothes.

Wonderful experience our whole household had a bad flu bug and fell so far behind on laundry it was crazy I contacted Sage, they were extremely prompt to get back to us and picked up all of our laundry in a timely fashion. 6 bags of laundry done in a day if you need a laundry service look no further Sage will take care of you.

Nice, clean and safe.
The high setting on the dryers could be a little hotter.
Weekend facility maintenance will probably get better as they learn the patterns of the neighborhood .
Overall I had a very nice experience, it's definitely cleaner and safer under new management.
