I own a property management company in Baltimore and my regular cleaner called out for an afternoon move-out cleaning at the last minute. I needed someone fast and made some calls. Maryland Spotless Maid Service actually answered the phone AND had someone out the next morning. Better yet, they did an amazing job! I will be using them from here on out. Also, the customer service on the phone was exceptional. They even called to check-in afterward to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend!

The two women you assigned to my home were exceptional. As soon as they arrived, they got to work and didn't stop until the entire house was cleaned. There was no area they didn't touch. I would hire them both in a heartbeat!!!

I have used MSMS for some time and they never disappoint. On time, detailed, communicative, and responsive - I almost always get a next day appointment. The cleaners are super friendly, pleasant and committed to leaving your house as clean as possible. I’ve tried other services, and MSMS is top tier. I recommend them to anyone for cleaning houses, Commerical, move out, etc. They are the best IMO

Fantastic cleaning service!! I needed a quick next day cleaning for a tenant move out. The entire 3-level house was filthy. Ms Duvon came in and cleaned my house so good!!! Every cabinet, baseboard, window sill was cleaned to perfection. Every appliance, even the washer and dryer, were thoroughly cleaned inside and out. She stayed for 7 hours and when she left the place looked like new. Thank you Maryland Spotless Maids! My home is definitely spotless 💕

Fantastic service. I had my HVAC serviced and needed my house cleaned after. I searched for same/next day service - while a blizzard was forecasted that same day. I found Maryland Spotless Maid Service and they were the only ones with availability. Easy to book. Easy to communicate with and the service was phenomenal! They arrived at 8am and stayed until everything was spotless. I needed them to clean 2 BDR, 2 full bath, half bath, LR, DR, kitchen all deep cleaned. I will recommend them to everyone and will have them back on a monthly basis!
